chicken drumsticks

salt
1/4 Teaspoon
black pepper
1 Teaspoon
garlic powder
1 Teaspoon
paprika
1 Tablespoon
olive oil
1 Cup
parboiled rice
1 Tablespoon
unsalted butter
2 Tablespoon
parsley
1/4 Teaspoon
salt
1/4 Teaspoon
black pepper
2 Cup
chicken broth
1/2
lemon
2
yellow bell pepper
2
cucumber
2 Cup
baby carrot
2 Cup
raspberries

Directions

Step 1
Take the chicken drumsticks and cut three lines into the thickest part of the meat.
Step 2
Place the drumsticks in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil.
Step 3
In a greased pan, sear the chicken until golden on both sides, about four minutes per side.
Step 4
Remove the chicken from the pan. Add rice, butter, parsley, salt, and pepper to the pan. Mix well until the butter has melted and everything is fully combined.
