Directions

Fill up a pot with water and bring to a boil. We will use this pot to cook our pasta.

While you wait for the water to boil, take another pot. We will use this to make our sauce. Add the oil and beef to the pot and cook for 10 minutes, breaking the beef apart frequently with a wooden spoon.

In the pot that has the beef add the onion, carrots, garlic, garlic powder, salt, pepper, orégano, and spinach. Sauté for 1 minute then add the diced tomatoes. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes.
