Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup chickpeas canned low sodium
5 Tablespoon tahini
2 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove
5 Tablespoon water
1 Slice whole wheat bread
1/2 Teaspoon hemp seeds
1/2 mango
Directions
Make the hummus by combining the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice. garlic, and water in a food processor.
Toast the whole wheat bread until golden. Toasting the bread more reduces the choking hazard, as soft bread can become gummy in a baby's mouth.
