2 Ounce steak
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 Tablespoon cilantro
1/2 Cup oat milk
1/4 Cup ricotta cheese
1/2 Cup broccoli
Directions
Fill a pot with water and add the potato chunks. Boil until soft, about 15 minutes.
While the potatoes boil, marinate the steak with some olive oil, garlic, and cilantro in a bowl and cover. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
