Ingredients
  • 1 potato
  • 2 Ounce steak
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Tablespoon cilantro
  • 1/2 Cup oat milk
  • 1/4 Cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 Cup broccoli
Directions
  • Fill a pot with water and add the potato chunks. Boil until soft, about 15 minutes.
  • While the potatoes boil, marinate the steak with some olive oil, garlic, and cilantro in a bowl and cover. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
