  • 6 Tablespoon oat milk
  • 1/2 avocado
Directions
  • Steam the sweet potato until soft.
  • Mash the sweet potato and add some oat milk/ breast milk/ formula/ or water. Mix until the liquid is fully absorbed by the sweet potatoes. You can add more liquid until desired consistency is reached.
