Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 Tablespoon ricotta cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
Directions
  • Add egg to a bowl and beat lightly. Set aside.
  • Add olive to a pan and the beaten egg. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Once done cut in strips, that are easy for baby to grab.
