1/2 chicken thighs
1/2 Tablespoon avocado oil
1/2 apple
Directions
Add chicken thigh to a baking tray and drizzle avocado oil on top. Bake at 400 degrees F./ 204 degrees C. for 40 minutes.
While the chicken bakes, peel and chop the apple. Steam it for about 10 minutes or until tender.
