Mash the black beans with a fork and add breast milk/ formula/ or water. Mix in the liquid until fully absorbed by the beans. You can add more liquid until desired consistency is reached. If your baby is older than 9 months you can offer the beans whole or flattened a bit with a fork as well.
Cut the avocado into wide wedges so it's easier for your baby to grab. If your baby is older than 9 months you can also cut the avocado into bite size cubes.
