  • 2 celery
  • 2 garlic
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Cup basmati rice
  • 1 Tablespoon vegan butter
  • 2 Cup low sodium vegetable broth
  • 1/2 Cup edamame
  • 2 Tablespoon hemp seeds
Directions
  • Add olive oil to a pan along with the onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 10 minutes.
