Step: 1
Add olive oil to a pan along with the onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 10 minutes.
Step: 2
Add the minced garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper, and sauté for 30 seconds
Step: 3
Add the basmati rice and the vegan butter. Sauté for 1 minute.
