1 1/2 Cup raw cashews
5 pitted dates
1 lemon
1/2 Cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
Directions
Place 4 cups of water in a pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and place the cashews and dates inside the pan. Let soak for 30 minutes.
Drain the water from the cashews and dates.
