Ingredients
1/2 Cup butter
1 Cup monk fruit sweetener
2 egg
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Cup whole wheat flour
1/2 Teaspoon salt
2 Teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Cup oat milk
1 Cup blueberries
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375 F. / 162 degrees C. Grease a silicone muffin tray and set aside.
Cream the butter and sugar until light. About 5 minutes. You can mix with an electric mixer or with a whisk.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add the vanilla and mix.
