  • 1 Cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Teaspoon hemp seeds
Directions
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.
  • If the mix is too runny add more bananas. If it's too thick add more coconut milk, until desired consistency is reached.
