Add cooked apple to the blender along with raw spinach. Mix until smooth. If you feel like the mix is too chunky, optionally mix in water. Serve and enjoy! Note: Serve a few peeled and cooked soft apple wedges on the side to promote independent eating and provide exposure to different textures. Your baby can use these wedges as a spoon and the apple spinach puree as a dip. The soft apple wedges should be the length and width of two adult fingers for babies under 9 months to minimize choking risk.
