  • 1 Slice whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 Tablespoon unsalted peanut butter
  • 1/4 Cup strawberries
Directions
  • Make your blueberry chia jam: add blueberries to a pot and mash frequently. Cook for 5 minutes, mashing constantly.
