  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 3 Tablespoon almond flour

  • 1 Tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon unsalted peanut butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Cup strawberries
Directions
  • Add the oil, almond flour, monk fruit sweetener (optional), cacao powder, peanut butter, baking powder, egg, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  • Add batter to a greased ramekin or microwave safe cup. Microwave for 1 minute.
