Ingredients
  • 15 Ounce tuna canned in water
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 13/100 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 Cup panko crumbs
  • 2 egg
  • 2 Tablespoon greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 Cup parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/4 Cup basmati rice
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon avocado oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
Directions
  • Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.
  • Add the rinsed rice, water, oil, salt, and pepper to a pot. Cover the pot and cook on low for 15 minutes. Then, remove the pot from the heat and let it sit covered for 10 more minutes. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork once it’s done.
