Tuna Patties with Red Bell Pepper and Rice

Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.
Step: 2
Add the rinsed rice, water, oil, salt, and pepper to a pot. Cover the pot and cook on low for 15 minutes. Then, remove the pot from the heat and let it sit covered for 10 more minutes. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork once it’s done.
