spinach

Directions

Step 1
Add olive oil to a non-stick pan, when warm add onion and sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the spinach and cook for 5 more minutes.
Step 3
Add eggs to a bowl and beat them lightly. Add them to the pan, lower the heat, and cover. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
