  • 1 Teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 flour tortilla
  • 8 Tablespoon cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 Cup romaine lettuce

  • Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice in a bowl. Set it aside and reserve it for later.
  • In a separate bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.

  • Take a flour tortilla and place one of the beef balls on top. Flatten the beef on the tortilla, forming a thin layer that covers the entire surface. Ensure the layer is very thin.
