Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice in a bowl. Set it aside and reserve it for later.
In a separate bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
Divide the seasoned beef into small balls, each about 4 inches in diameter. Set them aside.
Take a flour tortilla and place one of the beef balls on top. Flatten the beef on the tortilla, forming a thin layer that covers the entire surface. Ensure the layer is very thin.
