Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 parsley
  • 15 Ounce chickpeas
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 3 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 4 sweet potato
  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 3 Cup water
  • 2 Teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 Cup israeli couscous
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 2 cucumber
Directions
  • First, let's make our falafel mix. Add parsley, chickpeas, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and flour to a food processor. Blend until a paste forms.
  • Transfer mix to a bowl, cover and freeze for 45 minutes. You can also do this mix the night before and refrigerate.
