  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 Cup tomato paste
  • 1/3 Cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 potato
  • 2 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 Cup skim milk
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 Teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 Cup green beans

  • Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F. / 135 degrees C.
  • Season the ribs with oil, salt, and pepper. Place on a baking tray, lined with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup, and bake for 60 minutes uncovered.
  • Prepare the barbecue sauce while the ribs bake. Add the tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and maple syrup to a bowl. Mix until well combined. Divide the sauce into 3 separate bowls.
  • Remove the ribs from the oven and spread 1/3 of the sauce evenly through out the ribs. Return to the oven for 60 minutes.
