Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Cup oat milk
  • 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 Cup quinoa
  • 2 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup blueberries
  • 1 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 Teaspoon avocado oil
  • 2 egg
  • 3 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 Cup water
Directions
  • Cook the quinoa. Add the water and quinoa to a pot and cook for 15 minutes. While the quinoa is cooking, sift the dry ingredients together into a bowl.
