  • 1 Cup tricolor quinoa
  • 2 Cup water
  • 1 Cup broccoli
  • 1/2 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 egg
  • 2 Cup mixed berries
  • 1 Teaspoon cooking spray

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. / 177 degrees C.
  • Rinse the quinoa. Then add the rinsed quinoa to a pot along with the water. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
  • While the quinoa cooks steam the broccoli for 8 minutes or until soft. Once done, chop the broccoli.
