Quinoa Egg Bites
Step: 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. / 177 degrees C.
Step: 2
Rinse the quinoa. Then add the rinsed quinoa to a pot along with the water. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
Step: 3
While the quinoa cooks steam the broccoli for 8 minutes or until soft. Once done, chop the broccoli.
