Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up, for 5–7 minutes, until fully browned.
Step 2
Add the diced onion, carrots, and celery. Season with salt to taste, paprika, cumin, and garlic powder. Sauté for 5–6 minutes, until the vegetables soften.
Step 3
Stir in the tomato paste and grated garlic. Cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
Step 4
Pour in the beef broth and marinara sauce. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
