  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 bread rolls
  • 4 cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tablespoon low fat mayonnaise
  • 3 Cup broccoli
  • 2 sweet potato
  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/2 Pound 93% lean ground beef
  • 1/4 onion

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C.
  • Peel and cut the sweet potatoes like fries. Add them to a baking tray and season with avocado oil so they don't stick to the tray. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden on the outside and soft on the inside.
  • Add the beef, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley to a bowl and mix until combined. Take 1/4 cup of the mix and shape into a small patty. Repeat until the mixture is finished. Cook the patties on a hot greased pan 4 minutes per side.
