Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C.

Peel and cut the sweet potatoes like fries. Add them to a baking tray and season with avocado oil so they don't stick to the tray. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden on the outside and soft on the inside.

Add the beef, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley to a bowl and mix until combined. Take 1/4 cup of the mix and shape into a small patty. Repeat until the mixture is finished. Cook the patties on a hot greased pan 4 minutes per side.
