Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/4 plantain
  • 1/2 Slice whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 Tablespoon goat cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 Teaspoon parsley
  • 1/4 Teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1/4 tomato
Directions
  • Cut the plantains the length and width of two adult fingers put together, to minimize choking risk. Grease a pan with avocado oil and cook the plantains until they're soft and golden brown from all sides.
  • Toast the bread until it's golden. The more you toast the bread, the more you reduce the choking hazard, as soft bread can become gummy in a baby's mouth.
