Ingredients

1 Tablespoon
avocado oil
1/4
plantain
1/2 Slice
whole wheat bread
1/2 Tablespoon
goat cheese
1/2 Teaspoon
dill
1/2 Teaspoon
parsley
1/4 Teaspoon
lemon juice
1/4 Teaspoon
black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon
hemp seeds
1/4
tomato

Directions

Step 1
Cut the plantains the length and width of two adult fingers put together, to minimize choking risk. Grease a pan with avocado oil and cook the plantains until they're soft and golden brown from all sides.
Step 2
Toast the bread until it's golden. The more you toast the bread, the more you reduce the choking hazard, as soft bread can become gummy in a baby's mouth.
