Directions

Step 1
Add olive oil and garlic to a pan and sauté for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Add the canned tomatoes, basil, oregano, shredded carrots, spinach, salt and pepper. Mix until combined. Cover the pan and cook on low for 30 minutes.
