Ingredients

4
hamburger bun
1 Pound
93% lean ground beef
1/4 Teaspoon
salt
1/4 Teaspoon
pepper
1 Teaspoon
garlic powder
1/4 Cup
low fat mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon
ketchup
1 Teaspoon
dijon mustard
1
cucumber
1 Cup
cherry tomatoes
4
corn on the cob
1 Cup
broccoli
4
apple

Directions

Step 1
Add ground beef to a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix everything together until well combined.
Step 2
Shape the seasoned ground beef into 4x4 inch balls. You should get about 4 balls, depending on the size of the patties you want.
Step 3
Place a layer of parchment paper on a plate. Put one of the ground beef balls on the parchment paper, then place another layer of parchment paper on top. Use a second plate to press down firmly, flattening the beef ball into a patty. This technique creates a "smash" burger patty with crispy edges.
