Ingredients
  • 4 flour tortilla
  • 4 Tablespoon canned black beans low sodium
  • 4 Tablespoon mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 avocado
Directions
  • Spread beans on one half of a tortilla. Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella on top. Fold the other half of the tortilla on top.
  • Melt some of the butter on the pan and place the tortilla on top. Cook until the cheese has melted and the tortilla is golden brown on both sides.
