  • 1 Pound salmon filet

  • 1/2 Cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/4 Cup plain yogurt
  • 1 Teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 425 F. / 218 C.
  • Peel sweet potato and cut into sticks like french fries. Drizzle some avocado oil on top and bake for 30 minutes or until golden and soft.
