Directions

Step 1
Make the quinoa: Add the quinoa and water in a pot. Cook for 15 minutes on low heat. Set aside.
Step 2
While the quinoa is cooking, cook the vegetables: Add olive oil to a pan, once warm add carrots and zucchini. Cook for 8 minutes or until soft. Set aside.
