  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1/4 Cup cannellini beans canned
  • 4 Tablespoon oat milk
  • 1 avocado
Directions
  • Peel and steam the sweet potato. Mash it with a fork, mix with half of the milk, and set aside. If you feel like the mix is too thick you can add more milk.
  • Rinse the cannellini beans under cold water and drain. Mash with a fork to minimize the risk of choking. Add half of the milk and mix. If you feel like the mix is too thick you can add more milk.
