Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Pound 93% lean ground beef
  • 3 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 Teaspoon basil
  • 2 Cup spinach
  • 1 potato
  • 25 Ounce canned crushed tomatoes
Directions
  • Add olive oil to a pot. Once warm add the beef and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add carrots, onions, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, and basil. Cook for 5 more minutes.
