1 Pound 93% lean ground beef
3 carrot
1 onion
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon oregano
1/2 Teaspoon parsley
1/2 Teaspoon basil
2 Cup spinach
1 potato
25 Ounce canned crushed tomatoes
Directions
Add olive oil to a pot. Once warm add the beef and cook for 10 minutes.
Add carrots, onions, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, and basil. Cook for 5 more minutes.
