  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 Tablespoon canned black beans low sodium
  • 3 Tablespoon vegan shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 Cup strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup blackberries
  • 1 Teaspoon vegan butter
Directions
  • Spread black beans and avocado on half of the tortilla.
  • Grease a pan with vegan butter. Place the tortilla on the pan over low heat, with the avocado and black bean spread facing up.
