Grease a pan with oil and heat over medium. Add diced onions and cook for 5 minutes until translucent.

Add diced bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes until softened.

Add ground turkey to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, brown sugar, chili powder, and cumin. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring and breaking up the turkey into small pieces as it browns.
Step 4
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
