Ingredients
2 Slice whole wheat bread
1/4 avocado
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1 Teaspoon lemon juice
2 Slice turkey slices
1 red apple
1 cheese stick
Directions
Add mashed avocado, salt, pepper, and optional lemon juice in a bowl. Mix until combined. The lemon juice will prevent the avocado from turning black.
Spread the mashed avocado mix on both slices of bread and top with the turkey slices. Cut the sandwich in half so it's easier to pack and manage.
