extra firm tofu
2 Teaspoon
olive oil
1 Tablespoon
cornstarch

tomato
1/4
avocado

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C.
Step 2
Cut tofu into wide strips (length and width of two adult fingers) and place in a bowl. Coat the tofu with olive oil and cornstarch. Add to a baking pan and bake for 25 minutes. Turn half way through.
