Ingredients
  • 2 Ounce extra firm tofu
  • 2 Teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 tomato
  • 1/4 avocado
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C.
  • Cut tofu into wide strips (length and width of two adult fingers) and place in a bowl. Coat the tofu with olive oil and cornstarch. Add to a baking pan and bake for 25 minutes. Turn half way through.
