Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C. Add salmon to a baking pan and drizzle with avocado oil. Bake for 15 minutes or until done.
Add salmon and avocado to a blender and mix until smooth. Optionally mix in some water, breast milk, or formula if you feel the consistency is too thick until desired consistency is reached.
