Ingredients
  • 2 Cup marinara sauce
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon oregano
  • 1 Cup frozen peas
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Cup basmati rice
  • 2 Cup broccoli
  • 15 mini potato
  • 8 Ounce turkey patties
Directions
  • Place olive oil on a pan and heat it up. Add the turkey patties and cook 5 minutes per side. Once done break into bite size pieces with your spatula. Remove from pan and set aside on a plate.
  • On the same pan place marinara sauce, water, salt, pepper, and oregano and bring to a boil. Add potatoes and peas and reduce to a low simmer. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
