Mash the pinto beans with a fork to reduce the risk of choking. If you feel like the mix is too thick feel free to mix in any additional liquid while mashing like some of your breastmilk or formula, some oat milk, or water. Whatever you prefer.
Cut the avocado in wedges and drench in hemp seeds to it's easier for your baby to grab with their hands.
