Ingredients
  • 2 Ounce pasta elbows
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 kalamata olives pitted
  • 1/4 Cup feta cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
Directions
  • Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook per package instructions.
  • Drain the cooked pasta and add to a bowl along with tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta cheese, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper.
