Directions

Step 1
Add olive oil to a large pot, once warm add the garlic cloves and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Add the grated carrots and cook for 1 more minute. Stirring frequently.
Step 3
Add the basil, salt, pepper, and oregano and sauté 30 more seconds.
