Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C.
Step 2
Make the meatballs: add beef, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix with a spoon until incorporated. If mixture is not holding together add a tablespoon or two of water.
