Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup cannellini beans canned
  • 6 Tablespoon oat milk
  • 1/2 Cup broccoli florets
Directions
  • Mash the cannellini beans with a fork and add breast milk/ formula/ or water. Mix in the liquid until fully absorbed by the beans. You can add more liquid until desired consistency is reached. If your baby is older than 9 months you can offer the beans whole or flattened a bit with a fork as well.
  • To steam the broccoli: Place broccoli florets in a steamer basket over boiling water, cover, and steam for 5-7 minutes. Serve cannellini beans with a side of steamed broccoli and enjoy!
