1 Tablespoon tomato paste
1/4 Cup green lentils
6 Ounce diced tomatoes
1/2 Cup low sodium vegetable broth
2 Tablespoon hemp seeds
3 Ounce rotini pasta
Directions
Add olive oil to a pot along with onion, carrots, and celery. Saute for 10 minutes. Until the onion is fragrant and golden.
Add the garlic, thyme, and tomato paste. Saute for 30 seconds.
