Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup green lentils
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/4 Cup quinoa
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 Teaspoon avocado oil
Directions
  • Rinse your lentils under running water. Add the rinsed lentils and water to a pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 30 minutes.
  • While the lentils are cooking peel and cut your sweet potato into thick sticks, so they are easier for your baby to grab. Place them on a baking tray, toss in some avocado oil and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until soft.
