Lentil, Quinoa, and Veggies

Step: 1
Rinse your lentils under running water. Add the rinsed lentils and water to a pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 30 minutes.
Step: 2
While the lentils are cooking peel and cut your sweet potato into thick sticks, so they are easier for your baby to grab. Place them on a baking tray, toss in some avocado oil and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until soft.
