  • 1 Cup oat milk
  • 3/4 Cup ricotta cheese

  • 3 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 Cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 Cup strawberries
Directions
  • In a bowl add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix to combine and set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix oat milk, ricotta, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, lemon juice and zest, and coconut oil. Mix until smooth.
